I know what you mean about the short story. Harder for me than a novel by far. It’s so easy to get lost in the impossibilities than the possibilities, which leads down a dark path. I want my 2024 word to be Calm but I may choose Strive. Strive to keep going in the face of my own doubt. We’ll get there, Joan! Just look back at all you’ve accomplished so far! 💜
